ADSL Line Hijacking - Part 2

After I got ofcom, and my dad to have a go at tiscali, it now turns out that eclipse, somehow, moved us to tiscali's IP Stream Package.

Yes that's right, it's eclipse's incompetence, the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing.  The sad thing is that it took them this long to figure out what had happened.

It's either down to my dad's use of "recording this call", "solicitor", "ofcom" that this got anywhere, or it's down to OfCom's investigation.

I've told eclipse that I'm still going to migratge away, because a) I did not sanction them doing this, and b) The net speed is sooo slow now, I can't work.

So to eclipse, you need to update your records more often.

And to tiscali, sorry for having a go at you, but you could of told me that it was eclipse's reseller tags on your tag.

Hopefully OFCOM will fine you both for incompetence.
