Carring on from my previous post, I've now reinstalled windows vista, again, yer I know will explain that in a mo, and have started downloading everything again.
Right, so 1st, my primary HDD repartition. It's been repartitioned, and windows vista reinstalled. I've managed to get most stuff back to how it was, I'm missing Visual Studio 2005, Office 2007, Visio 2007, Adobe CS 2 and some other programs, which I'll hopefully be able to install tomorrow. They are mostly downloading off technet as we speak. I'll have to dig arround for the Adobe CS 2 DVD.
The secondary HDD is completly gone, Easy Recovery crashes when it trys to do anything with that drive, and all I can do from Windows is format it, lol, alot of use that is. The bin is seeming very useful for that atm.
Anyhow, now begins the long and slow process of downloading everything again, setting things up and more. lol. Should have a bit of a failsafe by tuesday next week. Hopefully.
Won't be buying MAXTOR again, sticking with Western Digital.
